Hydrating Face Scrub for Sensitive Skin

Blend 1 tablespoon of oats and 1 tablespoon of rice. Aftwerwards mix it with 2 tablespoons of yogurt into a thick paste. Exfoliate (rub) your face with small circular movements for about 5 minutes. Let it rest for a while, and then rinse it off with cold water. You can also use grounded walnuts instead of the rice. Enjoy!

The homemade Hydrating Face Scrub for Sensitive Skin can be used three to four times a week and will stay fresh for 4 days in the refrigerator.
